PCGS Director of Product Design oversees the implementation of product design, busineess objectives, and business initiatives for international and domestic products. The Director of Product Design must create functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and helps develops budgets and procedures to support the functional infrastructure. This leader helps coordinate between different departments for better product familiarity/harmony to ensure a better customer experience.

The PCGS Product Development Manager is responsible for label planning and execution, including: gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining the vision, and working closely with marketing and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The PCGS Product Development Manager is responsible for ensuring all product produced is in line with the brand and meet quality expectations. This requires attention to detail and exceptional prioritization skills.

My work with Excellent Numismatics was to be responsible for keeping track and management of a large quantity of high value numismatic product. This involved proper transportation of product around the country and managing shipments to ensure a safe and insured journey. During this time it was also my responsibility to write checks, manage cash, and send wire transfers. In my time at Excellent Numismatics I learned countless business management techniques.
